DEVELOPER Opus Land has secured the contract to regenerate Bromsgrove’s Market Hall site.
Bromsgrove District Council has appointed the Henley-in-Arden firm to transform the 1.78 acre site into a leisure and retail area with an end value of approximately £13m.
A detailed planning application is set to be submitted in January and will include a five screen cinema as well as retail and restaurant units, covering 53,000 sq ft.

I remember trying to get a redevelopment of this site off the ground over 30 years ago with Royal London Insurance Group! Let's hope Opus can crack it in a shorter timescale.
