COLESHILL-based IM Properties has completed BMW’s €28m flagship logistics hub in Munich, creating the car giant’s largest global non-production facility.

The firm was appointed to design and build a 600,000 sq ft facility in what is one of the biggest logistics deals ever completed by a privately owned Midlands property company. This build is an extension to the existing 450,000 sq ft property, creating a facility in excess of 1m sq ft.
