Monarch to provide extra flights from Birmingham for MIPIM 2013
MONARCH Airlines will expand its Birmingham-Nice flight programme next year to accommodate those attending MIPIM 2013, the important commercial property and inward investment show.
More than 300 extra seats are now on sale to give the region’s business community direct access to the event, which takes place in Cannes between March 12 and 15 next year.
Monarch Airlines usually only flies to Nice from Birmingham during the summer period but has extended its schedule to help Midlands businesses.

“The Midlands has some of the UK’s most exciting development programmes and is able to offer opportunities for the world’s leading property developers so we’re delighted to provide these dedicated flights for MIPIM, helping us to play our part in the region’s future success.”
A delegation from Birmingham will be attending the show next year and so far, more than ten partners including Birmingham City Council, Nikal, GVA and DLA Piper, have joined forces to represent the city.
Led by the city’s inward investment programme Business Birmingham, the delegation will be promoting its development opportunities to almost 20,000 international attendees, including property experts, architects and international investors.

“Monarch’s provision of direct routes to Nice during MIPIM will make it much easier and quicker for business leaders to take advantage of an event that has proved invaluable in providing direct access to hundreds of potential investors.”

Thursday 14th March Nice to Birmingham: depart 23:15 arrive 00:20
Friday 15th March Nice to Birmingham: depart 19:10 arrive 20:20
