Damson Homes primed for growth after new developments prove popular

A BIRMINGHAM housing developer is primed for future growth after experiencing strong demand for its sites.

Damson Homes, which builds approximately 50 homes a year, said sales in the first quarter of this year were already proving positive with its latest development in Hall Green showing signs of being a success.

The Robins, which is scheduled for completion in June, is a development of 13 individually designed properties. Damson has already sold all the bungalows off-plan.

Dean Chu, Business Manager at Damson Homes said: “We’re astounded by the response The Robins has received from buyers. We had reserved seven plots for potential buyers even before planning permission had been given.

“The properties have all been sold to retirees and those looking to downsize from the family home after their children have flown the nest.”

He said the firm had experienced a similar response for its Woodlands development in Marston Green, which is already two-thirds sold.
