Pryce is right for BNP Paribas Real Estate

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Patrick Pryce as the national head of debt advisory, based within its Birmingham office.

Pryce joins from West Bromwich Building Society, where he was an account director. Prior to this, he was a regional director at Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank. With more than 25 years’ experience, Pryce is said to be a skilled finance professional with a strong and diversified track record.

The firm’s head of valuation Ben Moon said: “The addition of Patrick gives us added strength and depth, as he brings with him strong contacts with banks, building societies, accountants and solicitors.

“Working alongside the existing team, Patrick will help us to develop our secured lending valuation business not only within in the Midlands, but across the country.”

“Patrick will also be recruiting and building a recovery and restructuring team, based in Birmingham to support our business in the Midlands and the North.”
