A DISTRIBUTION depot used by delivery service firm City Link has been sold to a private investor for an undisclosed sum.

Acting on behalf of City Link, DTZ secured the sale of the 153,481 sq ft Wednesbury Hub, in Midland Road, which compromises warehouse space, offices, a vehicle maintenance unit, workshop and store across two sites adjacent to the Black Country Route.

Both sites were developed in 1999 and 2000 and are located approximately one mile from Junction 10 of the M6.
