Gym chain signs up to open at Fort Dunlop
NATIONAL health club chain 24/7 Fitness Gym has announced it is to open a new club at Urban Splash’s iconic Birmingham business hub, Fort Dunlop.
The club has signed a deal on 16,395 sq ft of commercial space and the amenity will open on February 14.
Like its other clubs, the brand new Fort Dunlop gym will include a full range of cardio vascular machines, resistance machines, free weights. It will also run studio classes and personal trainer sessions.
Gary Lockwood, director at 24/7 Fitness Gym said: “Fort Dunlop was a natural choice for the business to expand to. The space at Fort Dunlop provides us with a flexible solution to integrate our known branding and layout, maximising the accommodation to cater for each work out area.”
Urban Splash associate director Emily Handslip added: “We are thrilled that 24/7 Fitness Gym has decided to launch its latest venture with us at Fort Dunlop. It will compliment the services provided by our other tenants, as well as providing a convenient on-site facility for all people working at the development.
