Salary sacrifice firm Fleet Evolution goes large after new client wins

STAFFORDSHIRE-based salary sacrifice firm Fleet Evolution has relocated to new premises to support ongoing growth.

The company has moved from its old base in Lichfield to a new site in Tamworth. The additional space will allow it to deliver on a series of client wins and the expansion has also created a number of new jobs.

Fleet Evolution has seen strong growth in the last 12 months. Its salary sacrifice car scheme overall has gone from strength to strength, increasing the demand on its driverline support team to unprecedented levels. With growth expected to average 100% year-on-year for the next three years, the larger facility will ensure the company can handle its increase in volume.

Andrew Leech, managing director, said: “We have outgrown our previous premises in Lichfield following phenomenal growth so are delighted with what the new office represents. To deal with demands for salary sacrifice cars, particularly the demands upon our driverline support team, we have moved to new larger premises on the outskirts of Tamworth.

“The new premises will primarily be the base for our driverline team, supporting customer’s employees who take salary sacrifice cars. We predict this team will grow 300% over the next three years so needed larger premises to match this demand.”

Fleet Evolution designs and implements salary sacrifice car schemes. At no cost to the employer, its services enable employees to own and drive new vehicles. One of the major growth areas has been in increasing demand for green and eco-friendly models such as the Nissan Leaf. The company said this trend had helped customers to reduce their motoring carbon footprint by as much as 42% on average last year.
