Two new recruits for St Modwen at Watling Street

DEVELOPER St Modwen has announced two new lettings at its Watling Street Business Park near Cannock.

Over one acre of land has been let to Go Direct, a specialist in the storage and distribution of pallets, with an additional 4,000 sq ft of space let to Allied Scaffolding.

Terms have not been disclosed.

Jonathan Green, development surveyor at Birmingham-based St Modwen said: “We’re pleased to announce these latest deals at Watling Street Business Park and look forward to welcoming the new occupiers to site in the near future.

“Interest remains strong for space at the conveniently located site, with only three units remaining of 56,000 sq ft, 7,000 sq ft and 2,000 sq ft.”

Watling Street comprises 167,800 sq ft of B1, B2 and B8 industrial, warehousing and open storage accommodation in a location directly off the A5, mid-way between Brownhills and Cannock.
