Pennycuick Collins announces joint venture with Network Auctions

SURVEYING firm Pennycuick Collins has linked up with London-based Auctioneers Network Auctions to property auctions in both Birmingham and London.

Pennycuick Collins – based in Broad Street, Birmingham – said the first joint auction will take place on Wednesday May 14 at Birmingham City Football Club’s St Andrews ground.

The firm’s auctioneer Stuart Tulah said: “Our partnership with Network Auctions is the perfect marriage of two well established and forward looking firms with a proven track record of success in the property auction marketplace.

“We are now uniquely placed to offer our seller clients a choice of a Birmingham or London saleroom together with the resources and expertise of two firms of firmly established auction houses.”

Network Auctions managing director Toby Limbrick said: “This association with Pennycuick Collins is a significant development for Network Auctions as it not only increases the number of auctions we will be running from six to 11 a year but also provides our Midlands-based partners and clients with a choice of salerooms.

“We fully expect to be able to significantly increase the size of both our London and Birmingham catalogues in the months ahead.”

Network Auctions holds its sales at the Cumberland Hotel in London’s West End.
