Richard Boot appointed chairman of Discovery ADR Group

FORMER West Midlands IoD chair and KPMG partner Richard Boot OBE DL has been appointed chairman of Birmingham-based recruitment firm Discovery ADR Group.

Clients of the firm’s Discovery Graduates arm include Merlin Entertainments Group, Pernod Ricard, Gatwick Airport and Molson Coors.

The firm recently secured £250,000 of investment from Finance Birmingham which will see the creation of 15 jobs over the next two years and support its growth targets.

Boot is chairman of recruitment firm Open Executive Search, and is a board member of IRC Global Executive Search Partners. 

He was a partner with KPMG for 20 years.
