St Modwen brings in new NED in shape of Ladbrokes man Bull
BIRMINGHAM developer St Modwen has brought in Ian Bull as a non-executive director (NED).
Bull is currently chief financial officer and main board director at Ladbrokes, a position he has held since 2011.
His financial experience spans over 20 years with companies such as Whitbread and Buena Vista Home Entertainment (Walt Disney).
He held a number of senior positions with BT Group between 1997 and 2005, including chief executive of BT Retail Enterprises and chief financial officer, BT Retail.
From 2006 to 2011 Bull was group finance director of pubco Greene King.
At St Modwen he will succeed John Salmon as audit committee chairman on his retirement from the board at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting on 27th March 2015.
