Busy Bees acquires pre-school nursery

BURNTWOOD-based nursery group Busy Bees has bought Bitteswell Montessori, located on Hall Lane in Bitteswell, Leicestershire.

Already the largest childcare provider in the UK, this latest acquisition brings Busy Bees’ total number of nurseries to 239. Busy Bees employs and trains more than 7,500 staff and provides care for more than 21,000 children.

Bitteswell Montessori is a private day care nursery which offers a total of 145 registered places for children aged three months to five years.

Busy Bees says it has been looking to expand its portfolio in this part of the Midlands for a while.
