Further lettings secured at Gateway Retail Park

TREBOR Developments and Hortons’ Estate have secured TK Maxx and Burger King as tenants for their Gateway Retail Park joint venture in Cannock.

Terms have been agreed with TK Maxx for the long lease of a unit, extending to 12,000 sq ft, to which the retailer will further install a mezzanine first floor.
A drive through unit will be developed for Burger King.

Trebor/Hortons’ have selected Clugston Construction as the contractor for the project and work will start on site by the end of this month for completion in the second quarter of 2015.

Other tenants on the Gateway Retail Park include Sofa World and Costa Coffee.

The multi-million pound development is now 100% let prior to start on site.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner at Trebor Developments, said:  “We are delighted to have secured the final lettings for this prestigious retail park, which complements the excellent line up we have secured for the overall development and with Clugston Construction’s contract now signed we are ready to enter the next stage of delivery following acquisition of this prominent site from Staffordshire Council.”
