HCB strikes again as Evesham law firm joins the fold

FAST-growing Solihull legal firm HCB Group has joined forces with Evesham-based Atter Mackenzie.

It means that HCB will now have 21 offices throughout the country.

Atter Mackenzie is a 29-year-old legal firm. It will be the 11th independent business to come under the HCB umbrella.

HCB already has offices in the same area at Redditch, Alcester and Stratford- upon-Avon.

The six solicitors at the Evesham firm have particular experience in family and commercial law and HCB sees this as a means to strengthening its brand and client base in the area.

Peter Jackson of Atter Mackenzie, said: “Joining with HCB is a clear indication that we wish the firm to move forward and become part of a large pool of experience on all aspects of law, both private and commercial.

“Our current client base can be assured that their affairs will have even more expertise to call on and this move will provide an attractive one-stop solution for new clients who are looking for a company that can provide legal and financial guidance.”

Mike Gahan, chief executive of HCB, said: “Atter Mackenzie is the 11th company which HCB has brought under its umbrella and it is just as important to our portfolio as the other ten.

“Their experience will build our platform in the Worcestershire area and provide their clients with a unique offering of legal and financial strength provided by respected professionals in their field.”

No financial details relating to the deal have been disclosed.
