The search is on for the smoothest property agent

MAKING smoothies whilst on a stationary bike might be seen as something of a challenge but we are confident that it’s not beyond the area’s resourceful property agents.

A fun-filled breakfast event at Embassy House in Church Street in central Birmingham on Wednesday January 29 is intended to find Mr Smooth.

Agents will be invited to take part in a ‘Space Race’ static ‘smoothie bike’ challenge in which agents will not only be able to make their own smoothies with pedal power, but also compete to be the quickest person to cycle the equivalent length of the top floor at Embassy House.  There will be a prize for the winning agent.

Andy Coyne, editor of TheBusiness Desk.com in the West Midlands, will host the morning’s proceedings.

He said: “This will be a great, light-hearted event to kick start the year and we’re delighted to be involved with it.

“I’m sure quite a few property agents will be on a New Year fitness drive so this ‘Space Race’ will suit them down to the ground and it will ensure it’s an extremely competitive event.

“Embassy House is a cracking venue, right in the heart of the Colmore Business district and I’m sure those invited will enjoy its facilities even whilst they are cycling and smoothie-making!”

Invites to the event, including full details of timings, will be going out to senior property agents soon.
