Bulleys’ Shropshire arm merges with rival property consultancy

THE Shropshire arm of property consultancy Bulleys has merged with county rival Bradbury Commercial to form Bulleys Bradbury.

The companies have worked closely together for the last eight years, providing complementary niche services across the Shropshire market.

Bulleys has grown its niche commercial property business in Telford significantly since it opened 26 years ago, expanding its business established in Wolverhampton 50 years ago.

Well known chartered surveyor Richard Bradbury brings 25 years’ experience of the local commercial property market across Telford, Shrewsbury and Shropshire towns, having run his own business – Bradbury Commercial – in Wellington for the last eight years.

Rod Spiby, director at Bulleys Bradbury, said: “This merger creates one of the most experienced commercial property consultancies in the area.

“Both companies share synergies working in the same market. Our combined detailed knowledge of the Telford and wider regional area for over 50 years means we can deliver an enhanced service to both existing and new clients.

“What makes this merger particularly important for clients is our strength in depth of knowledge, experience and contacts in a very niche market.”

Bradbury becomes a director of the newly merged limited company and will run the Bulleys Bradbury office at Central Park, Telford.

He said: “Our combined strength is a win win for everyone and I’m excited for the future. It allows us to bring the highest levels of service to our clients and demonstrates our commitment to growth.”

Bulleys Bradbury is appointed agent for some of Telford’s highest profile schemes including the Telford Plaza office development and major industrial parks such as Telford 54.

Bulleys also has offices in Wolverhampton and Oldbury which are unaffected by the merger.

Spiby added: “Bulleys will however be working closely with Bulleys Bradbury to offer a comprehensive service.”

This merger follows Bulleys’ announcement earlier this year of its merger with Martin Bloomer Associates to form Bulleys incorporating Martin Bloomer Associates.
