Agents instructed on Elmdon Trading Estate

COLLIERS International has been instructed to jointly market the vacant units at Elmdon Trading Estate in Solihull alongside GBR Phoenix Beard.

The estate is owned by Standard Life Investments.
 
Set within a 50 acre site, Elmdon Trading Estate comprises 44 production/warehouse units totaling 700,000 sq ft. There are currently five vacant units ranging in size from 5,897-20,998 sq ft.
 
The trading estate is situated close to Birmingham International Airport and J6 of the M42 Motorway.

A recent letting to IAC for its new 135,000 sq ft headquarters achieved a headline rent of £6.45 per sq ft.
