Worcestershire lettings firm sold to national estate agency

WORCESTERSHIRE lettings agent Simply Lets has been sold to national chain Leaders for an undisclosed sum.

Simply Lets works across Worcestershire from its offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove.

Leaders is a national chain of letting and estate agents and one of the fastest growing letting and estate agency groups in the UK.

Worcestershire law firm Thursfields Jon Sugden on the sale of Simply Lets.
It advised on the corporate, employment and commercial property aspects of the transaction.

The Thursfields team was led by directors Gareth Burge (corporate), Michelle Chamberlain (employment) and Nick O’Hara (commercial property).

Finance, tax and accounting advice was provided by Haines Watts.
