New agents appointed to Eleven Brindleyplace

ASSET managers for a major office development in Birmingham city centre have appointed new letting agents.

Cube Real Estate, which manages Eleven Brindleyplace, has appointed Colliers International to try and secure new tenants. Colliers is itself based in the building, which is also home to companies including Global Radio, Capita and Friend LLP.

There is currently 40,000 sq ft available to let at the building, from suites to whole floors.

Matt Long, director of national offices at Colliers, said: “We understand the benefits of Eleven Brindleyplace as a prime business destination for Birmingham, not least because we have chosen the building as the base for our Midlands office.”

GBR Phoenix Beard is acting as joint agent with Colliers International.
