Does your business need a breakfast club?

If you barely ever get to see your colleagues in the office or you’re struggling to find time to get you all together, you might want to think about arranging a business breakfast club. You could try setting one up at least once a week on a day when most people are in or close by. Here are five reasons why a breakfast club could be beneficial.

1. Encourages healthy eating
You could arrange to have a fruit basket or healthy spread delivered to your office for you all the enjoy. That’s keeping everyone away from dipping biscuits in their tea and chocolate spread on toast. By offering everybody healthy food, you’ll help towards them being productive for the day.

2. Opportunity to talk to senior management
It’s rare to get an occasion where you can speak to your senior management in a relaxed environment, so a breakfast club would be the perfect location. It’s the perfect time to raise a query with them or arrange a meeting for later in the week.

3. Thinking of ideas
A breakfast club would be the ideal time to gather everybody together and share ideas. If you do one on a Monday morning, you can discuss the plans for the week with your colleagues and have a clearer view of what everybody is planning on achieving over the following days.

4. Networking opportunities
You could invite clients along to a monthly breakfast club and see it is an opportunity for you and your staff to network with the people they probably spend countless hours emailing every week. You could also see what other businesses are in your area and invite them along, as you never know who you could meet.

5. Building friendships
By bringing everyone in the business together, you are allowing them to connect with each other and build friendships with the people they may not already sit next to in the office. By having a team of people who get on well, team work will be much easier and the company will be overall much more successful.
