Advertising agency restructures senior team

CREATIVE agency CIC has restructured its senior management team as it prepares for a period of growth.

Financial director Nicola Roberts has been promoted to managing director, while creative director Dave Walker and account director Jon Hills have joined the board of the Stoke advertising agency.

CIC specialises in design, photography, CGI and video, and has an office in Hangzhou, China. Its clients include Victoria Plum, LeisureGrow and Nutrimaster.

Rob Pearson, chief executive of CIC, said: “Individually and collectively, Nicola, Dave and Jon have made a tremendous contribution to the business.

“We have ambitious expansion plans in place over the next few years and these new roles will be instrumental to our achieving them.”

The restructure is the latest in a string of developments at CIC including a refurbishment of its head office in Stoke and expansion of the team in China.

CIC plans to develop a range of new products and services to add to its offer to its clients in the UK and China.

Mr Walker joined as a junior designer in 2002, and Ms Roberts has been with CIC since 2006, while Mr Hills joined two years ago.
