Appointments: Colliers International, SDL Bigwood
COLLIERS International has appointed Harvey Stubbs to join its shopping centre management team as an associate director.
He joins from Holland & Barrett where he was a senior estates manager, and has previously spent 10 years in Birmingham working for Lambert Smith Hampton and Gerald Eve.
Mr Stubbs will oversee the management of a number of shopping centres across the country on behalf of clients including Aviva Investors, Spen Hill and British Land.

GURPREET BASSI has been promoted to partner in the auctions department of SDL Bigwood after nine years with the firm.
He has been part of the team that, prior to the company’s acquisition by national property services group Shepherd Direct, sold property worth £77m at its six auctions in 2015.
Jonathan Hackett, partner and head of auctions, said: “We have a tight-knit, highly experienced, quality team and Gurpreet has been very much a part of the excellent progress we have made.”
