Restaurant group launches search for 100 staff

ONE hundred jobs will be up for grabs on Bank Holiday Monday when Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill holds its recruitment day.

The available roles range from head chef to waiting-on staff as it also prepares for the opening of its Bardolino restaurant later this year.

It is the restaurant’s largest recruitment drive since it opened in 2011.

Jon Peek, general manager at Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill Birmingham, said: “We are one of Birmingham’s busiest restaurants, and with Bardolino set to open along the canal later this year, 2016 is set to be one of our most exciting years to date.

“The bar and restaurant couldn’t succeed without an exceptional team of staff, from our floor and kitchen staff through to our managers. This recruitment day is a fantastic way to encourage all of Birmingham to come and show us what they’re made of.”

Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill is a finalist in the 2016 West Midlands Business Masters, which is being held at Edgbaston on June 16.
