Retailer to add charm to Walsall town centre

PANDORA is bringing its particular brand of charm to Walsall after agreeing a lease in the town centre.

The retailer will open in Park Street this summer, after the lease of former occupiers Santander ran out.

Matt Revill, of property consultants FHP, said: “It was great to have such a quick transition between the two tenants whilst securing a strong covenant for our client. Pandora are the type of retailer that coincides with the £12m regeneration of the retail and leisure offering at St Matthews Quarter in Walsall Town Centre.”

Pandora is now sold in over 300 stores in Great Britain, and FHP have worked alongside them in many of their Midlands expansions, including their store at Intu Derby, their expansion at Intu Victoria in Nottingham last November, and their first standalone store in Chesterfield in Spring 2014.
