Cushman & Wakefield strengthens residential offering with new appointment

REAL estate firm Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its residential property offering in the West Midlands with a new appointment.

Eleanor Deeley has joined the firm’s Birmingham office as head of residential.

Ms Deeley, who will build on a client base that includes Countryside, Redrow, the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA), National Grid and Birmingham City Council, was previously a director at CBRE, working in the firm’s residential and mixed-use development team.

She has previously worked on schemes including the disposal of the former fire station, library and council offices in Bromsgrove on behalf of Worcestershire County Council, the disposal of Perry Barr dog track, and the disposal of Heritage Gate in Derby, for Aviva.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2007, she worked for King Sturge’s development team in Birmingham.

Speaking on her new role, she said: “I am delighted to be joining Cushman & Wakefield at a time of growth and am looking forward to growing the team.”
