Birmingham office building sold in £4.35m deal

A BIRMINGHAM office building has changed hands in a £4.35m deal part advised out of the city.

The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) facility on Granby Business Park, Garretts Green has been sold by Allois Properties to a private investor.

The 4.5-acre site is Department for Communities and Local Government for a further seven years.

The site comprises a two-storey office building, constructed in 2008, totalling 15,000 sq ft and two large surfaced yards to the rear used for commercial vehicle and motorbike driving tests.

Nearby occupiers include Airparks Birmingham, Bristol Street Motors, Howdens and a number of industrial occupiers.

Real estate consultancy Colliers International advised Allois Properties on the deal.
