Trebor completes speculative Triton development

MIDLANDS developer Trebor Developments and its funding partner Rockspring, have completed a major speculative build project in Staffordshire.

The 115,000 sq ft Triton development, located at the Redhill Business Park, close to Junction 14 of the M6, near Stafford, has been built by Kier Construction.

The 100,000 sq ft-plus market is badly underserved in the West Midlands, with vacant units of that size in short supply.

Trebor said Triton offered much-needed quality industrial space for occupiers looking for a prominent, high-quality industrial unit with good motorway connections.

The building, which is immediately available, includes six dock loading doors, two level access doors, category A first floor offices and a secure site.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner of Trebor Developments, on behalf of the partners, said: “The building looks fantastic and has received many complementary comments, we have continued strong interest in viewings of the building and we hope to be in a position, before too long, to confirm a potential occupier.”

Mark Winnington, Staffordshire County Council’s economic growth leader, added: “Redhill is one of our key business development sites which is nearing full occupancy.  It is really going from strength to strength and the completion of the Triton development is a significant milestone.

“Its success is good news for Staffordshire and brings added confidence to potential investors.  It is also further testament to our hard work and demonstrates the commitment of our business partners.  Ultimately this will mean more jobs for people in Staffordshire.”

Trebor/Rockspring are represented by joint agents, Avison Young and JLL.
