Developers complete 100,000 sq ft commercial unit at Birmingham business hub

Developers have completed a new sub-100,000 sq ft commercial unit in Birmingham in an effort to stem demand for such properties.

The unit, at Birmingham’s Advanced Manufacturing Hub in Aston, has been completed by commercial developer, Trebor Developments, in conjunction with funding partner Aviva Investors Pensions.

At 94,500 sq ft, the new unit – which has been built on a speculatiove nbasis – is expected to be in high demand because of the region-wide shortage for units of such capacity.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner of Trebor Developments, said: “This is a high quality building located close to Birmingham city centre, with immediate access onto the West Midlands motorway network.
