Sean can advise on every stage of the company life cycle from start up to sale as well as the steps along the way including financing, commercial contracts, joint ventures, investments and re-organisations.

In the last 12 months, he’s acted on transactional matters in the following business sectors: electrical, plumbing, manufacturing, consultancy services, estate agency, pharmaceutical, textiles, construction, software services, architecture, retail.  He can also advise on intellectual property including IP protection and exploitation.

Sean really listens to clients, and endeavors to fully understand their needs and the best way of achieving them so that their commercial priorities can be met as speedily and effectively as possible.

Sean has built up an extensive range of local contacts and act for a number of local as well as national clients.  He has very broad experience in his chosen field built up during nearly 30 years of practice.
