_space Group was established in 2008, growing out of architectural practice Waring and Netts. Our vision is to make life better and in order to do that, we present the client, and society, with an organisation able to take any project from conception to completion.

There are three independent divisions within _space Group and these are as follows:

_space architecture - creative design and communication within the built environment.

_space build - construction management for sustainable environments.

_space facilities - integrated operational management.

They are able to offer their services individually or together to provide a creative, integrated end product to the Client.

We focus on projects that have a positive impact on the community. We help people to learn, care, work, live, move and play and it is something that we take great pride in. Our design ideas always aim to be innovative and creative, with the aim of including society in our projects. Our people are supportive and caring, working to encourage a ‘one team' approach. For example we regularly encourage children to get involved when we design and create new schools, making them feel a part of the process and helping them to develop as individuals.

Whilst we could spend pages and pages telling you everything you would ever need to know about our organisation, we are ultimately, a design, build and operate business centred on people. We create environmentally sound, sustainable projects that contribute to communities in order to make life better and generate opportunities not present before. This is our core purpose as an organisation and our values reflect this.
