Advised administrators from The P&A Partnership on the sale of W Yeomans (Chesterfield) Ltd, the UK's largest independent outdoor clothing and equipment retailer, in a pre-pack deal that saw 84 stores and 435 employees transferred to a new company, Yeomans Outdoor Ltd.

Acted on the sale of Blundells Property Services, the leading estate agency in South Yorkshire, to Countrywide.

Seneca Investments - set up in 2011 to support the regional SME arena in a tough climate - has commissioned hlw Keeble Hawson on a number of investments which have safeguarded local jobs.
