Ben has worked for Barclays for four years and is currently a Director responsible for a portfolio that includes some the bank's largest customers, with specific focus on Plc's and their debt capital market requirements. Previously, he had responsibility for the North's financial and business services sectors and in the past 18 months, he has lead a number of the region's largest syndication and leveraged transactions. Ben trained as an accountant with Ernst and Young in London and subsequent to joining Barclays he had 2 years in industry with Renault. Ben lives in Harrogate and is married with two young children. Key interests are Manchester United, England rugby and cricket and Economics.
