Legal services firm moves into Leeds city offices

INTELLECTUAL property and patents firm Harrison Goddard Foote has moved into 1 City Walk in Leeds.

The city centre offices were let by BMO Real Estate, represented by Savills.

HGF agreed a 10-year lease for the 14,471 sq ft offices on the ground and first floors of the offices.

1 City Walk, which faces Victoria Road at the southern entrance to the city, ecently underwent complete refurbishment.

Tenants include Jacobs Engineering and Telereal Trillium.

Patrick Carter, associate director of office agency at Savills, comments: “Following an extensive refurbishment, 1 City Walk offers high quality office space in one of the most well-connected areas of Leeds city centre. We are extremely pleased that HGF has chosen to relocate its operations there.”
