Part of the Queen's Hotel in Leeds was transformed into a glamorous 'Bollywood' film set for this year's Residential Prop Awards (Resi Prop Awards). The event raised £70,000 for the Yorkshire Region of the Variety Club Children's Charity, which is dedicated to making a difference to the lives of disadvantaged and disabled children.

The main sponsor of the Resi Prop awards was the Bank of Ireland and the event was organised by Jonathan Morgan of Morgans City Living, plus Variety Club committee members, Paul Lawrence and Lyndsey Brown.

Christine Talbot from YTV's Calendar programme hosted the awards and broadcast journalist, Roopa Rajani, presented the Variety Club 'Transformation of the Year' award to Ledgard Bridge Mills of Mirfield.

On behalf of the Bank of Ireland, David Service, Regional Director - Yorkshire, North East and Scotland, said: "We are delighted to be involved with the Resi Prop Awards for a second year and to be associated with the invaluable work that The Variety Club in Yorkshire carries out. We would like to congratulate all the winners on their excellent achievements."
