Dominic has always had a real passion for media advertising and his career has to date involved working for a number of different businesses across the region before setting up his own in February 2003 with his co-director Annette Armitage. Today they employ 25 staff in offices in Leeds city centre and have together nurtured the business to where it is today. In July 2011 they become part of the Carat Media Network and although this is still a relatively new transformation for the business it has already unlocked a number of immediate commercial benefits for clients including being serviced by the only networked media agency in the region who are also a top three media brand in the UK, the market leader in digital media channels and Campaign Magazine's Media Network of the Year 2010.

Dominic has always been an influential figure in the Yorkshire business community. He is an active member of the Institute of Directors and recently became the chairman of the judging panel for the Yorkshire Director of the Year awards.

Dominic's role in the business today is divided between working with the client servicing teams to deliver a premium level of service to clients and ensuring that the company's media strategies continue to harness the evolving strengths of both online and offline media channels. In tandem with this, Dominic is focussed on driving business growth by ensuring that their offering meets the continually changing needs of their clients and the wider media landscape.

Beyond the office you might find Dominic enjoying outdoor living from competing in the odd 10k run for charity to attempting to play golf...badly!
