James has 14 years experience of Executive Search and Selection in London and Yorkshire. Throughout his career, he has focused on the Technology, Media, Communications, Healthcare and Private Equity markets in a combination of Account Management and Management roles.

James is currently responsible for recruiting Chairman, Chief Executives, Non-executive Directors and other Board positions in private equity backed businesses and Plcs. He heads up the TMT and Healthcare Practices.
