Recent Milestones:

• The Leeds office was recently voted ‘Agent of the Year' at Yorkshire Business Insider Property Awards 2008
• Ranked one of the most active office agency teams in Yorkshire over the last twelve months, achieving first place for total amount of floor space acquired and second place for amount of disposals (source: Focus/Co-star Yorkshire Offices League table 2007).
• Over the last two years, the Leeds investment team has transacted over £200 million including the sale of No 1 Whitehall Riverside, the largest office disposal in the Leeds market to date.
• Acquisition of 37,000 sq ft for Irwin Mitchell at No 2 Wellington Place; one of the largest city centre lettings in Leeds in 2008. The team acquired 27,000 sq ft of space in the same building for Regus last year.
• Advising clients on major instructions including White Rose Office Park, Latitude Red and Kirkstall Forge, all in Leeds, The Square in Sheffield; Merchants Quay in Hull and Brodsworth Woodlands near Doncaster.
• The Industrial Agency team is instructed on major industrial schemes across the region including Westmoor Park, Doncaster; Wakefield Europort and A1 Business Park for clients including Shepherd Developments, VALAD, Gazeley and Gladman Developments.
• The Management team has over 6.4 million sq ft of commercial property across Yorkshire and the North East under management, with responsibility for over 880 tenants and a rent roll of £51 million.
• The Valuation team undertakes the annual accounts portfolio valuations for a range of clients including Evans of Leeds, Town Centre Securities, Henry Boot Developments and Moore Family Trust totalling over 300 properties with an aggregate value of approximately £1.3 billion.
• The Project & Development Services team has now grown to 14 members of staff and is delivering eleven hotel schemes for three blue chip operators, with a total construction value of £135 million.
