Keith joined Eversheds in 1993 and became a partner in 2001.

Keith specialises in mainstream corporate finance (including general corporate and governance advice), mergers, acquisitions and disposals, stock exchange and takeover related work.

Keith acts for a variety of private and public clients on corporate matters. Recent examples include acting for the iconic hair products group, ghd, including in relation to the £160m secondary buyout by Montagu Private Equity, acting for Superglass Insulation on its £100m stock exchange listing, and acting on the £140m sale of Encon to Wolseley.

In 2005 Keith won EN Magazine's Yorkshire Lawyer of the Year Award and Yorkshire Business Insider Magazine's Young Lawyer and Young Dealmaker of the Year awards.

Keith is Head of the Eversheds Corporate Department in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle. In November 2007, he was also appointed the Senior Office Partner for Eversheds Leeds.
