A comprehensive property search service is available for those looking for business premises in Leeds. This includes those businesses moving into the city from elsewhere in the UK and those already based here that are looking to move or expand their premises.

The team maintains an database of all available land and commercial property in Leeds, bringing together up to date information from over 70 commercial property agents based in the city. Searches of the database can be carried out online or by contacting the team direct.

Through the Sharing the Success programme, the team is also working hard to attract investment, develop enterprise, create new jobs and boost the prosperity within the city's most disadvantaged communities.
