Malcolm has been a Walker Morris partner since 2000 having previously been a partner in another national law firm. As well as being an accomplished trial lawyer, he is frequently involved in arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a CEDR accredited mediator.

Malcolm regularly advises on a wide range of commercial disputes including disputes arising out of company mergers and acquisitions, complex trading contracts and the agreements for the acquisition and development of property. He regularly acts for clients in pharmaceutical and life-sciences, automotive, IT technology, leisure and real estate sectors.

Malcolm is well known for his work in obtaining, opposing and supervising injunctions, having obtained a very large number of freezing injunctions, search and seize injunctions, injunctions for the specific performance of contracts, harassment and nuisance injunctions. He also regularly acts in confidential information and restrictive covenant cases.
