Matt is a director in the Transaction Services team in Leeds. Matt has over ten years experience in due diligence, working on over 60 transactions for both private and public companies and private equity.

Matt is a member of the firm's healthcare and life sciences team and the northern public sector health team working with clients such as Barchester, Care Aspirations, Castlebeck, The Hesley Group and SENAD. In addition he has performed acquisition due diligence for a wide variety of clients including Connaught plc, RWE npower plc, Principal Hotels, Orona SCL, Claimar Care Group plc and Redhall Group plc.
