Media agency makes move for growth

ACCOUNT growth, contract wins and recent appointments have prompted the Leeds office of media and communciations agency Dentsu Aegis Network to bring its workforce together into one city centre office as it aims to double in size by 2020.

Around 100 staff from media agency Carat and the digital performance agency iProspect have relocated from two existing offices at West One and the Round Foundry in Leeds into a 13,500 sq ft premises across the fourth and fifth floors at 6 East Parade.

The building is part of a £3.5m investment programme, and joint venture partnership of Bridges Ventures and Evanacre, which aims to rejuvenate the offices.

Dominic Geary, managing partner, Dentsu Aegis Network Leeds, said: “Our aim globally is to double in size by 2020 and 6 East Parade gives our operation in Leeds the springboard to achieve this goal.”

“When we were looking to bring together our teams, we wanted a building that provided both a state-of-the-art and sustainable office environment, to reflect our agency’s aspirations and culture. We soon realised that 6EP was a perfect match.

“The new office presents our employees with an inspiring contemporary working environment and represents the ambitions we have as a company to succeed. Combining our two offices gives us the opportunity to house all of our experience and expertise under one roof, which is something that both our clients and the team will truly benefit from. The move, along with recent new client wins across both Carat and iProspect, have helped to cement our position as the leading media agency within the region.”
