Neil Holyoake is a partner in Ernst & Young's Tax Practice in Yorkshire. With more than 20 years experience, Neil joined the firm in 2007 and specialises in property and mid-market clients working with a broad range of businesses from PLC's and PE backed organisations to large, complex international clients.

Neil covers a broad range of areas from day to day compliance to complex restructures including advising on both the personal and corporate tax elements of such work. Neil also heads up our transaction tax team in Yorkshire providing advice and support during transactions and due diligence.
