LEEDS-based marketing agency, Savvy Marketing, has appointed a managing director.

Phil Burroughes joined the company from ASDA media centre. He will be responsible for overseeing the operations of The Savvy Group and will work alongside chief executive, Catherine Shuttleworth, to lead development in new business areas.

In addition, the group have further boosted the team with the appointment of James Evans  as communications consultant and David Vardy as branding consultant.
