ONE of the best known intellectual property lawyers in the country has left his role as the national head of Addleshaw Goddard's IP group to launch his own firm in Yorkshire.

Richard Kempner has teamed up with fellow IP specialist Andy Robinson to create Kempner Robinson, a new law firm, which is being launched today and already has major brand names like Asda, BASF and Jet2.com as clients.
