UTILITY services group Spice has reported trading in line with expectations with a string of new or extended contracts with industry giants including E.ON and EDF Energy.

The Leeds-based group said that trading in the year to May 1 was in line with cash conversion in the second half of its year strong and net debt standing at below £100m.

Since its interim management statement in February, the group said it has made "progress" including new or extended contracts with E.ON for gas and electricity
