LACEY'S Cheese has secured a contract to supply Sainsbury's stores nationwide and is looking to add other supermarkets and independent retailers to its growing client list.

The Richmond-based cheesemaker, which was founded last year, has also been chosen by Michelin Star restaurant The Star Inn at Harome to create a cheese in the hotel's colours, which will be sold in its deli.
