A YORKSHIRE-based insolvency firm has expanded into the North West after opening a city centre office in Manchester's Spinningfields business district.

Sheffield-based Wilson Field said that its expansion was in response to an influx in new business, which also led to the opening of a new Leeds office six months ago.

The company said that it increased its workforce by around 20% last years as sales grew to £4m, despite the nationwide drop in insolvencies.
