Osiris Marine dives into new HQ

A SUBSEA engineering and commercial diving company has invested £200,000 in new headquarters in Yorkshire as part of its ongoing expansion.

Osiris Marine Services, which specialises in the offshore wind farm sector, has moved to Crossings Business Park in Skipton.

The deal sees Osiris take a three year lease on a 91,460 sq ft unit and 91,460 sg ft of land outside.

Osiris said the investment will pave the way for more opportunities to work on bigger and more demanding projects in the offshore wind farm sector.

Aiden West, managing director, said: “Osiris MarineOsiris Marine Services is in a considerable period of growth and is investing in and developing the business ready for 2011.

“Operating in the highly specialised offshore wind farm sector means it is essential to provide the right size and scope of facilities, to our clients and staff, in order to remain competitive and continue offering a great service. Investing in the new premises will allow Osiris Marine Services to plan and run much larger projects from our operations room.

“The new head office is just one stage in our strategy, we are looking at further options to develop and diversify Osiris Marine in the future to adapt to the needs of our clients.”
